Lift Stl is a state of the art training facility located in Brentwood, MO. Eric Humes, Owner/Operator and Certified Personal Trainer approached me to help establish his new gym in 2020 in a heavily gym dominated area of St. Louis. I have worked with Eric constantly over the past few years helping in a wide variety of projects and challenges.
