OBJECTIVE: Creative direction
fit-flavors is St. Louis’ leading fresh meal-prep company, known for its chef-prepared, nutritionally balanced meals designed for busy, health-conscious lifestyles. As the in-house Creative Director, I was responsible for shaping the brand’s complete visual identity, building its look, feel, packaging, and storytelling from the ground up.
fit-flavors needed a cohesive creative direction that communicated quality, convenience, and an approachable healthy-living lifestyle. I defined the brand’s visual language and extended it across packaging systems, product photography, digital content, seasonal campaigns, and retail/e-commerce touchpoints.
From directing photo shoots to designing packaging for new menu items, I led the evolution of the brand with a clean, modern aesthetic aligned with its mission. I also oversaw social channels and created content strategies that strengthened customer trust, increased engagement, and expanded overall reach.
The result was a unified, elevated brand identity that helped grow awareness, support retail and subscription sales, and position fit-flavors not just as a meal-prep service, but as a lifestyle brand rooted in wellness, convenience, and community.
